Terms and access policy

• The ticket to Manga Barcelona will only allow to enter the precinct one time. Once a visitor leaves Manga Barcelona they will not be able to re-enter. Only certified personnel (exhibitors, press, participants in the contests and the activities at the event...) will be allowed to re-enter.
• The Organization reserves the right to refuse admission, as well as the right to verify identity.
• No refunds or exchanges allowed.
• Management fees included in the price of the tickets.
• Free access for children under 5 years old. Once you arrive at the venue with your ticket, you must ask for the minor's (up to 4 years old) in the access area.
• The organization reserves the right to request ID or family book to prove the age of the child.
