• The pass is valid for all four days of the event: The pass is valid only once per day.

• Conditions of access: The organization reserves the right of admission and may invalidate the ticket in case of misuse

Tickets can only be purchased on our website. There will be no ticket offices at the event.

If the capacity of the venue allows it, there will be more tickets on sale the same day on our website.

No, you don't need to bring a printed ticket, you can bring it on your mobile phone. 

No. Once the ticket is purchased, no refunds or exchanges are accepted. 

We are sorry, but we do not refund your ticket in case you are unable to attend the event. 

Check your email spam box. Sometimes the tickets you buy online end up in this folder. 

No. The ticket to Manga Barcelona will be for single access. Once you have left Manga Barcelona you will not be able to re-enter the venue. Only accredited people will be able to re-enter (exhibitors, press, authors, contest participants...). 

Yes. The 31 Manga Barcelona will have a parking area.

Yes. The 31 Manga Barcelona will have outdoor zones.

In accordance with the Royal Decree 137/1993 on Weapons Regulations, it is strictly forbidden for visitors to carry firearms, metal weapons and other blunt objects or imitations which, due to their characteristics, may lead to confusion as to their true nature. It is also prohibited the use of dangerous elements for the physical integrity of people such as pyrotechnic and flammable material. Only imitations of weapons made of plastic, cardboard and other non-hazardous materials are allowed. 

Manga Barcelona will have a medical service and ambulance during all the days of the show. 

We do not have ATMs on site, but most exhibitors accept payment by credit card. 

No, sorry, pets are not allowed. Only assistance dogs have access. 

Yes, you can bring food from outside. If you bring utensils, we recommend using plastic ones. Entry to the event with water bottles, liquids in plastic containers, glass, and/or cans is not allowed. However, you are allowed to bring reusable containers, such as canteens, tupperware, or similar items, as long as they are suitable for personal use during the event.

Yes, you will find checkrooms and changing rooms for cosplayers.
