Formed on January 1, 2000, NIGHTMARE consists of YOMI (vocals), Hitsugi (guitar), Sakito (guitar), Ni~ya (bass), and RUKA (drums). After making their major debut in 2003, the band achieved international recognition in 2006 with “the WORLD” and “Alumina,” the unforgettable opening and ending themes of the anime Death Note, establishing themselves as one of the leading names in the visual kei scene. Following an outstanding career that included a performance at the Nippon Budokan and numerous tours, the band went on hiatus in 2016.
Now, NIGHTMARE is coming to Manga Barcelona to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Death Note with two live concerts on Monday, December 7 and Tuesday, December 8. In addition to their iconic Death Note songs, fans will also enjoy hits such as “Raison d'être” (Claymore), “Dirty” (Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro), “Lost in Blue” (Mouryou no Hako), and “Sinners” (Duel Masters King!), in a show celebrating the very best of Japanese rock and visual kei.
