各日10:00～20:00

•  優先入場：パス保有者専用の列に並び、優先的に入場いただけます．
•  ギフト：オナチャン公式グラスをプレゼント.
•  会期中の4日間利用可能. パスは1日1回のみ有効です。
•  枚数制限あり.
•  使用条件：不適切な使用があった場合、入場をお断りさせていただくあるいはパスを無効にさせていただく場合があります。

• Fast access: Priority entry via an exclusive queue separated from other visitors.
• Exclusive gift. Includes free of charge: the official edition cup, 1 drink at the bar, and 1 Onachan lanyard.
• Exclusive use for the selected day: The ticket is only valid for the selected day and cannot be used on other days of the event.
• Limited units per day.
• Conditions of access: The organization reserves the right of admission and may invalidate the ticket in case of misuse.

チケットは電子チケットのみでウェブサイトから購入いただけます。会場にチケット売り場はありません。

Children's tickets cannot be purchased independently, as they must be added during the purchase process of a general admission ticket. If you already have a general admission ticket and need to purchase a children's ticket at a later time, please contact us at entradas@ficomic.com.

いいえ、一度購入いただいたチケットの払い戻しや交換はお受けできません。

はい。屋外エリアがあります。

武器規制に関する勅令137/1993に基づき、銃器、刃物などの金属の武器、その他の鈍器、本物かどうか判断しにくいレプリカ武器の持ち込みは固く禁じられています。また、花火や発火性物質など人体に危険を加える恐れのあるものも持ち込みはできません。プラスチックや段ボール、その他危険性のない素材で作られたレプリカは持ち込みが可能です。

会期中はつねに医療および救急車サービスがあります。

会場にATMはありませんが、ほとんどの出展ブースでクレジットカード払いが可能です。

ペットを連れて入場することはできません。ただし、盲導犬は可能です。

Yes. Fira security staff will provide priority access to the exhibition centre for those with reduced mobility or functional diversity who request it.

Yes. The venue is equipped with the necessary facilities to ensure that people with reduced mobility can enjoy the experience comfortably and independently. If you wish to access the upper floor, an elevator is available for this purpose. In addition, the Main Stage has a specially designed accessible platform for people with reduced visibility and PRM.

As is the case in most events open to all audiences, no age check is carried out at the entrance. However, responsibility for minors’ attendance and actions lies solely with their parents and/or legal guardians for the entire duration of their stay at the event.
