Japanese cooking workshop

Roger Ortuño from comerjapones.com, nominated as Goodwill Ambassador of Japanese food culture by the Japanese government, is coordinating the Japanese cooking workshops at the Barcelona Manga Fair. This year the workshops aim to be eminently practical, so in the mornings the workshop area will be set up as a kitchen classroom, with tables so the participants can be “hands on” and get actively involved, making different culinary creations. Among the practical classes to be taught there will be one on Okonomiyaki (Japanese pizza), Yakisoba (noodles), Onigiris (stuffed rice balls), Bentos (a ready prepared meal), Otsumami (snacks) and Mochis (rice cakes).
